Privacy Policy

1. What data we collect

When you register and use Pallet Planner (the "Service"), we collect: your email address, name, and chosen language; account data (trial/subscription status); the files you upload (DXF and/or CSV files with the parts' outlines and dimensions), and the results generated from them (calculated layouts, PDF documents).

2. How we use the data

Your data is used solely to provide the Service — calculating layouts, managing your account and subscription, and communicating with you about orders or your account. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Payments

Payments for paid subscriptions (Basic/Pro) are processed entirely by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record. We never see, process, or store card details or other payment instrument data — these are handled directly by Paddle, under their own Paddle's Privacy Policy.

4. File storage

Uploaded DXF/CSV files and the results generated from them are stored so you can review your calculation history from your account. You can request their deletion at any time — see the next point.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

As a user in the European Union, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and its associated data (the "right to be forgotten"); and data portability. To exercise these rights, write to us at ivopengezov@gmail.com.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes (for example, payment history required by tax law).

7. Cookies

The Service uses only strictly necessary cookies (session, authentication) — we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
